What data I collect and why
Contact form
When you send an inquiry through the form, I process your name, e-mail address, and message content (project description).
- Purpose: responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote where relevant.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - handling correspondence).
- Retention: for the duration of our correspondence, then until the statute of limitations for potential claims expires.
- Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without it.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent (cookie banner), I use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), deployed via Google Tag Manager, for anonymous visit statistics: pages visited, traffic source, approximate location (city), device type, and events such as form submissions or clicking an e-mail address.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- Until consent is given, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2, default state: denied).
- GA4 does not store full IP addresses. Data is retained for 14 months.
- Google LLC may process data in the USA under the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA; data transfers based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses). The server automatically records logs (IP address, date, requested resource) to ensure security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses two categories of cookies:
- Necessary - remembering your cookie decision and theme preference (light/dark). No consent required.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) - only with your consent given in the banner.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data recipients
Data may be shared only with processors acting on my behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (analytics - with consent), Resend (delivery of e-mails sent from the contact form), and mydevil.net (mailbox provider for kontakt@ms-m.pl). I do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
Other information
- Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
- The site displays no ads and runs no newsletter.
- This policy may be updated - the current version is always available at this address.
